Combat veteran with 26 of my 38 years served in military health care. Previously on active duty for 8 years, prior enlisted, and have been a member of the reserves and national guard. Previously held position as a GS-14, Civil Servant Government Administrator, in the Department of the Air Force. I worked as a Legislative Liaison, Anti-Terrorism/Nuclear Weapons Recapture/Recovery Special Tactics Team Leader/Specialist with Strategic Air Command and the Defense Nuclear Agency. Former DoD Police Major in the Civilian DoD Joint Police Force, and have been Deputy Chief of Police at multiple locations world wide, protecting high-value operational mission critical assets, personnel, and property. Worked Defense Acquisition as a Level 2 DoD Acquisition Certified Defense Acquisition Professional at Flight Test Centers, Product Centers, Logistics Centers, and Air Force Laboratories. I also have significant experience working with base closure and realignment commissions at Bergstrom Air Force Base and Carswell Air Force Base, Texas, converting and transitioning them to civilian authorities and joint ownership. Assignments included tours of duty at multiple headquarters, including HQs USAF at the Pentagon in Washington D.C.
