As Principal and CEO of City of Wolverhampton College Mark created, led and developed the very highly performing team who, at all levels, between 2013 and 2015, totally transformed the college from being one of the lowest performers in the sector to one of the top performers in the country today - the winner of three AoC Beacon Awards in a single year.Three years ago City of Wolverhampton College was trying to recover from a very poor inspection grade, was achieving low success rates, had poor levels of stakeholder satisfaction, and was struggling with significant financial challenges that resulted in FE Commissioner intervention.
