My reputation is built on a successful combination of strong work ethics and the passion to ensure extraordinary quality and results to each and every customer.Beginning my professional career as Vice President/COO with Aon Risk Solutions and progressing through to my current position of President/CEO of Auto Insurance Specialists Management, one of the largest personal line’s insurance agencies in the country, I have performed numerous job functions and held positions of increasing responsibility. My diverse background has provided me the opportunity to gain vast knowledge and expertise in a variety of areas that include Strategic Planning, Distribution Management, Business Development, Business Operations, Negotiations, Relationship Building, Sales Execution, Underwriting, Product Management, Corporate Marketing & Communications, Change Management, Information Technology, Process Improvement, and Personnel Development. I have been honored to serve in the capacity of Advisory Board Member for the Center of Insurance Studies at Cal State Fullerton as well as a member of the Mercury Insurance Executive Leadership Team. In addition, I have been asked to speak at the Jim Gutman Speaking Series at Cal State Fullerton as well as keynote speaker at the Center of Insurance Studies’ annual scholarship ceremony.
