ABOUT MARK REOCH

Oversaw dispositions nationally for Aimco, a publicly traded apartment REIT, listed on the New York Stock exchange and part of the S&P 500. During my tenure, approaching 25 years, I have been instrumental in the disposition of over 780 Aimco properties, in gross sales of over which covered 36 states and Puerto Rico. My expertise is providing our company and our shareholders the optimum value for our properties at the lowest cost of capital. I am driven to find qualified buyers/owners that can make a smooth transition from owner to the next and get the deal successfully closed in an efficient manner. By building a relationship of trust and customer service, we have many repeat buyers. My colleagues would say I enjoy taking on situations faced with adversity and often come up with resourceful and proactive solutions. I have built long standing relationships with brokers, attorneys, title companies and many others in the apartment industry.
