As the Public Works Director for the City of Burnsville, MN, Mark serves on the City\'s Leadership Team and leads the planning, management, and delivery of essential municipal infrastructure and services that support a safe, efficient, and resilient community. Mark oversees all facets of the Public Works Department, including street maintenance, stormwater management, water production and distribution, wastewater collection, fleet services, natural resource management, engineering, and park maintenance. Mark also serves as Burnsville’s representative on the Minneapolis–Saint Paul International Airport (MSP) Noise Oversight Committee, collaborating with community and aviation stakeholders to shape noise-related policy recommendations and address aircraft noise impacts across the region.
