   Lead and support assessments related to operational safety and safe work practices. Lead PSM compliance assessments at Williams locations to improve company operations by ensuring Williams life critical safety requirements and regulatory compliance programs are implemented, effective and sustained so that the safety of employees, robustness of processes and protection of the environment is achieved. Support and development of the following: Safety Culture Assessments - Assessments that provide critical information back to senior leadership regarding understanding and implementation of Williams Life Critical procedures. Tier 1 - Process Safety Management Compliance, Tier 2 - Operational SEM/Assurance Compliance. Tier 3 - Process Design Reviews are effective and in-place to support Williams EH & S goals and objectives. Development of Safety Assurance KPI dashboards utilized to track performance across each Tier assessment review that result in targeted action item assignments that are used in safe work practices in the gathering & processing field and within processing plants.
