About Mark R. Juhl

Mark Juhl is a second-generation leader in water treatment with more than 37 years of experience guiding technical excellence, business growth, and industry collaboration. Since joining Jaytech in 1992, Mark has helped evolve the family business into a respected provider of industrial and commercial water treatment solutions. Today, he leads Jaytech with his brother building on the legacy of integrity and service established by their father, while embracing new strategies to meet today’s challenges. He also co-owns Brothers Laboratory Services (BLS), an independent lab built to support water treatment professionals with reliable testing and trusted results. Beyond his companies, Mark actively contributes to the future of the industry. He served on the AWT Board of Directors from 20••••13 serving as President in 2012. Serving again on the AWT Board from 20••••27, he serves as the Marketing Committee Board Liaison and Bylaws Committee member for the Association of Water Technologies (AWT). Mark also participates in the Rising Tide mastermind meeting with water treatment company owners weekly to discuss challenges in our industry.Known for his grounded leadership, technical insight, and people-first approach, Mark is passionate about mentoring others, strengthening industry standards, and helping organizations thrive through better water management.
