About Mark Probert

As an accounts/ project/ business manager and now media producer for MetTel, I enjoy the project management, training, and problem-solving process. I get great satisfaction in assisting our customers and team members in their success. My many years as an entertainer has prepared me well to adapt to life\'s unusual situations. It has also given me great insight and ability to train and mentor in a creative, meaningful and entertaining manner. I treat all my clients as very intelligent individuals just uninformed about the product. In managing our clients projects, I enjoy working closely with customers to ensure they have all necessary products and a plan in place. This process can take 3 days or 3 months. It is a great challenge as I may have many client project going simultaneously. All project needed to have timely clear, concise and complete communication to ensure the projects are on time and the customers are well informed of any issues. If issues do arise, I do all I can within the guidelines of the company to satisfy the customer’s needs. I find that working within a team is an enriching experience. The input and brainstorming process that comes from being a team member is intriguing and unique in solving issues. I am the sum of many parts and hope to use them all to be a better employee, mentor, friend, musician, husband, and father.Specialties: Lead by building meaningful relationships through listening with empathy and straight talk, while empowering others to be their best and take responsibility to analyze and solve problems with speed, agility, and common sense.
