Accountable for Group-wide Cloud Adoption, helping shape LBG’s journey to the Hybrid Cloud (Google, Microsoft Azure and Private Cloud) whilst supporting, facilitating and accelerating the journeys of in-scope workloads. Cloud Adoption is responsible for - Establishing and governing the “Front Door” process to our Cloud journey, understanding requirements and identifying priorities and synergies between workloads- Owning the onboarding prioritisation of public cloud workloads- Working with our businesses to shape, design and support the delivery of a comprehensive pipeline of new Cloud Capabilities- Clear articulation of an aligned roadmap to meet the Group’s overall strategic intent- Shaping solution architectures and aligning them with Group strategy, policies and curated cloud technologies, alongside developing repeatable patterns and blueprints- Working closely with our cloud vendors on operational resiliency and native capabilities, strengthening Group confidence in Public Cloud operations and their suitability for critical use within complex, highly regulated enterprises- Managing experienced engineering squads to accelerate business workload Cloud Adoption- Developing new technical accelerators and services to help consumers take advantage of Cloud- Supporting Group stakeholders and staff to increase the internal cloud understanding, knowledge and skill
