Responsible for the operational delivery and planning of the resorts wide and varied Entertainment and Leisure department. Financially Accountable for income lines and opportunities, consumerables, stock and payroll. Engaged and invested in the performance and fulfilment of the 180 team in the department across all areas including capacity swimming pool, Full Fairground and younger fun fair attractions, aerial and sports activities as well as our best in class entertainment proposition. From touring shows, in house productions and headliners for family product, our famous Big Weekenders and the unique Minehead Arena season, including WWE touring show, PDC Darts international tournaments and Arena music shows including Steps, Madness, Boyzone and the upcoming Fatboy Slim weekender.
