Responsible for the as a service solutions strategy across banking and capital markets. This involves building out the capability to run complex and mission critical applications for financial institutions as SaaS. The portfolio of as a service solutions includes internal DXC IP, and solutions delivered in conjunction with financial services industry focused ISV partners.Key focus is on improving our clients’ business agility through best practices in IT Service Management (ITSM), implementing CICD and DevOps practices across these core platforms. Streamlining delivery processes to increase change velocity as these applications are transformed from an on-premises setup to a cloud hosted managed service with DXC.Created a shared services team for the purpose of managing cloud application migration, support and ITSM governance. Achieved SOC2 Type 2 independent accreditation for our processes, policies, security frameworks and support structures. Successfully scaled the as a service solutions partner base, aligning strategies for service delivery, technical roadmaps and go-to-market initiatives.Additionally responsible for cloud and DevOps across our Trading and Risk solutions area, focused on Systems Integration within capital markets. Won and delivered major projects including trading platform migrations to AWS, CICD implementation with strategic vendor partners and clients and manage a portfolio of specialists globally working on improving the way our clients deliver change.
