I am a chartered accountant in EY\'s Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) Advisory practice. I utilise my forensic accounting experience to help our clients to protect and drive value throughout the M&A lifecycle. I advise my clients on the purchase price mechanism, the accounting aspects of the SPA, and have a particular focus on post-Closing activity including the preparation and review of completion accounts and earn-outs, including any subsequent disputes.I have broad experience of different sectors and industries, across hundreds of deals, and work for both buyers and sellers.
