He has represented numerous public entities, such as the South Jersey Transportation Authority, Delaware River Joint Toll Bridge Commission, Town of Hackettstown, Bridgewater Township Planning Board, Montgomery Township Zoning Board, Warren Township Zoning Board, Sussex County Planning Board, and Edgewater Borough Planning Board. Mark has represented numerous municipalities and public entities in tort defense litigation and has appeared before many land use boards throughout New Jersey to obtain development approvals. He has tried many jury cases to a successful conclusion for both public and private clients. Mark’s thorough knowledge of zoning and government make him an outstanding resource to clients pursuing land development and other governmental approvals.Mark has extensive public service, including serving as Mayor of Bloomsbury Borough, and as a member of the Borough’s Planning Board. He was previously a member of the Madison Borough Council and served as Council President. Mark also served on Madison’s sewerage authority (the Madison-Chatham Joint Meeting). Mark was a long-time member of the Hunterdon County Republican Committee and Chairman of the Bloomsbury Republican Club. He is a past member of the Morris County Republican Committee and past Chairman of the Madison Republican Committee.Mark is an alumni representative for the Delbarton School Alumni Association and is a member of the Board of Trustees for the Mu of Delta Kappa Epsilon Foundation.Mark is a member of the Hunterdon County and Warren County Bar Associations and is also a member of the New Jersey Federalist Society.
