Hello and thank you for visiting my profile.I help companies to improve their performance by truly focusing on the end business processes and how they are run.People operate processes, but they often do so independently of their colleagues in other functions and have little knowledge of their impact on the value stream. Many people are often doing work that is not what they signed up for and a number of levels below their capability. We have to get everyone doing truly value added work by eliminating wasteful non value added activity and speed up decision making by empowering at the lowest levels.I use a combination of best practice techniques gained from over 30 years of line management and consulting experience with global companies incorporating Lean Six Sigma, High Performance/Team Based Work Systems, Total Productive Maintenance, and effective leadership. These are built in to a company way of working that encompasses previous initiative to avoid the \'not invented here\' syndrome that hinders change.I work with company leadership teams to diagnose and determine issues before training and coaching them and their teams to establish a continuous improvement culture and capability that lasts and deliver financial impact.The additional bonus is that these underpin the requirements of ISO9001:2015 taking quality from the quality department and embedding it within the organization.Please feel free to contact me and discuss your issues
