ABOUT MARK PARSELLS

Mark is a Marshall Goldsmith 100 Coaches Member and is ranked #14 in the world on the LeadersHum Leadership Power List and #19 on the Global Power List of Leadership Thinkers in 2023. His passion is making CEOs (as well as Board Chair\'s, Presidents and COOs) be the best leaders that they can be. He is certified in Marshall Goldsmith\'s Stakeholder Centered Coaching as well as Sandy Ogg\'s Blackstone-based Talent to Value coaching. Mark\'s 30 years of experience in the C-Suite make him an ideal coach to C-Suite Leaders. He also serves as a financial intermediary to lower middle market companies (US$15-$100 Million in revenue) on both the buy and sell side as well as advises on capital raises.Mark spent 30+ years in operational roles as President/General Manager of multi-billion dollar divisions at American Express, Bank One (Chase), and Citigroup as well as Chair and CEO of three Private-equity and Venture backed businesses (Bain Capital Ventures, Goldman Sachs, AIG, MHR). He is a Board Member of Rellevate, Soundview, Montpelier Ventures (Chair), and Inuheat, LLC (Chair). Prior boards include Harris and Harris (NASDAQ: TINY); Citibank Delaware; Banc One Insurance, Regulatory DataCorp (Chair), Global Debt Registry (Chair) and Experian Systems. He has also served on more than a dozen non-profit boards including the MIT Global eCommerce Board, Delaware State Chamber of Commerce, Clarifi, Delaware Financial Literacy Network, The Harrisburg Academy, Winterthur Museum, Garden and Library Business Board, The Music School of Delaware, The Cure for Lymphoma Foundation and others.
