In my role, I identify and document User Requirement Specifications (URS) and Engineering Specifications (ES) for various capital equipment and projects. I collaborate closely with internal clients to modify and develop processes that support new product introductions and improvements to existing ones. I estimate and manage costs for all aspects of capital expenditure (CapEx) projects, including resources, equipment, design, fabrication, installation, commissioning, and qualification. Using Gantt charts, I develop and manage project plans, estimating project durations and identifying critical paths. I also coordinate with internal and external resources throughout the project lifecycle, working alongside Sourcing and Legal teams to identify suppliers, develop bid packages, and provide technical input for drafting and negotiating agreements. Additionally, I document financial justifications for capital project funding, develop operational layouts for manufacturing equipment, and create commissioning plans such as Field and Site Acceptance Testing (FAT and SAT). Adhering to local and national codes, quality management systems, and gate review processes, I ensure that all projects meet business, product, process, safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
