Leading our growth in the European water and environment sector -driving collaboration with our clients to create great outcomes for clients, end customers and the environment. A member of both the Programmes & Advisory and W&E leadership teams, I am the gateway to Jacob’s programmes & advisory capabilities for the sector, owning out go-to-market approach with the ambition of growing and enhancing deep relationships across the sector to drive meaningful transformation, aligned to the strategic direction of the water sector. Within 18 months, I have driven improved working relationship between Programmes & Advisory and our W&E business, grown client work for our consulting and programme delivery people into new areas, including on 2 major new industry-leading enterprises. I have secured multiple new wins and frameworks across the UK and Ireland and increased margin and revenue work in the water sector beating the in year stretch targets by 40%, with year on year growth of 100% and delivering enhanced rates. I have also led our company wide go-to-market approach to the industry-defining RAPID programme, chairing our leadership steering group and led our response to the Cunliffe Review.

I have deep water experience, with significant cross sector experience covering highways, aviation, environment, local government and some defence - in delivery, advisory and sales director roles2. I am passionate about growth and delivery in combination - I believe this brings credibility and currency, true E2E relationships, and that they mutually feed each other making them greater than the sum of the parts 3.
