I’m a scientist and technologist with a PhD in Biotechnology and a career that bridges bioprocess development, AI, and automation. My early work focused on monoclonal antibody (mAb) engineering and expression, followed by roles in cell and gene therapy (CGT) and cultured meat — experiences that deepened my understanding of complex biological systems and how to scale them efficiently.Over time, my focus has expanded beyond the bench to the broader digital ecosystem that supports modern bioprocessing. I’ve developed strong expertise in:AI & Machine Learning — building predictive and optimisation models for process understanding and decision support.Robotics & Automation — designing integrated lab workflows that accelerate experimentation and improve data integrity.Large Language Models (LLMs) — exploring their use in scientific knowledge management, workflow orchestration, and human–machine collaboration.Multivariate Data Analytics & Bioprocess Modeling — using statistical and mechanistic approaches to extract insights from complex datasets.Data Infrastructure & Management — ensuring data is structured, interoperable, and actionable across the full R&D-to-manufacturing lifecycle.At the intersection of biotechnology and AI, my goal is to help shape the next generation of smart, automated, data-driven bioprocessing — where biology and computation co-evolve to make innovation faster, more reproducible, and more accessible.
