Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for financial, administrative, and HR functions across the Center to Advance Community Health (C.A.C.H.) and the Office of Access and Engagement (OAE), including:• Advise the Executive Director and Vice Chancellor on fiscal strategy, long-term planning, and policy development to support program growth and sustainability.• Oversee multi-fund budgeting and forecasting, including general, auxiliary, gift, plant, and grant funds, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance, and fiscal accountability.• Lead financial operations for sponsored projects, gift funds, and fee-for-service contracts, including pre- and post-award activities and reconciliation.• Develop and implement financial systems and internal controls to improve efficiency, transparency, and accuracy across departments.• Serve as the primary fiscal authority for purchasing, reimbursements, and procurement card approvals.• Manage all HR operations for faculty, staff, and students, including recruitment, classification, compensation, and performance management in partnership with HR and Shared Services.• Prepare quarterly and annual financial reports and provide strategic recommendations to leadership regarding budget allocations and resource use.• Collaborate with Advancement, Finance, HR, and School of Medicine leadership to align administrative systems, financial strategies, and compliance practices.• Lead strategic initiatives including revenue diversification, establishment of new auxiliary funds, and integration of C.A.C.H. functions under the School of Medicine.
