To lead the Consultancy Function, Central Analytics, Projects and Business teams in order to expand and coordinate successful pipeline growth. Ensure that all associated work programmes and activities are appropriately planned, resourced, managed and delivered.Ensure the provision of an efficient, effective, high quality, professional and well-co-ordinated Business Intelligence consultancy service to meet the needs of ICB and the wider customer base and associated statutory, regulatory and NHSE reporting requirements.To inform the strategic development of the service to facilitate new insights and innovative approaches to commissioning support challenges which support health economies to transform health care delivery and improve outcomes for patients.Ensure the provision of information, reporting and analysis services appropriately support the achievement of ICB corporate strategies and objectives and their planning, commissioning, financial management, performance monitoring and service improvement activities and work programmes.Work closely with other functions within the CSU to ensure effective, seamless and efficient delivery to customers.Have a lead responsibility for managing effective working customer relationships, ensuring that BI services are clearly defined, understood and delivered to a high-quality operational standard.To be a member of the BI senior management team and to contribute to the ongoing development and delivery of the CSUs BI vision, strategy, product portfolio, and business plans.
