   The position Project Manager is a little misleading because typically project manager\'s price the job and pass it off to other department\'s, we are actually Account Executive\'s here at Stanhope company, we execute every stage of the project from beginning to end. This facilitates a seamless line of communication between all participating parties in every project. We do a wide variety of commercial general construction projects, Tenant Improvement is my primary area of expertise. As an Account Executive here at Stanhope Company some of my duties are; Find and introduce myself and Stanhope company to new potential clientele, Establish and Maintain these relationships by professionally executing the remainder of my job description I.E. Put together Budgets for jobs, Schedule and lead job walk\'s, Ensure that entire scope of work per plan is included in all sub contractor proposals, complete and submit proposal for projects, perform Due Diligence in preparation of contract documents, prepare schedule, issue documentation to sub contractors and client for insurance and various preliminary lien information, assemble team of carpenters and the superintendent that will be onsite, work with architect, building management and tenant during the duration of the job to ensure all aspects of the project are problem free, close out the physical portion of the job with a completed punch sign off, issue all final paperwork to accounting for billing and releases.
