I am an innovative, proactive and highly motivated Project Manager, with extensive experience as an Audio/Visual Engineer. I have the ability to communicate at all levels, demonstrating a passion for delivering quality of service and excel in a customer service environment. I can work effectively with technical and non-technical teams and can think strategically as well as addressing immediate issues, and also experienced working at executive levels. I have also been the lead for large direct and matrix managed teams from multiple disciplines, including external suppliers, in order to deliver multi-million pound programes. Two of the key projects that I have worked on with my team won Cedia awards for the company I was employed by and I set up a training programe for our junior engineers to help progress there development within the company which worked well. Currently I am the Project lead for a multi-million pound project
