Responsible for overall program management for the technology organization including project management, resource capacity planning and utilization, budgeting/forecasting, and operation metrics and reporting. Additionally managed special projects including mobility computing and the divestiture of two brands to external companies.• Custom development effort included ABAP, Java, CRM, BI, middleware (Data Stage and Message Broker), and bolt-ons including Sabrix (tax), Vendavo (pricing), and Upside (contracts).
