Anthropology and law aren’t where most careers in IT staffing leadership begin, but my education taught me the importance of people — getting to know them, understand them and hear them. Those degrees (both from the University of Michigan) have served me well. As Chief Operating Officer, I kept Signature Consultants a step ahead — on business strategy, technical recruiting and IT staffing industry success. All of which begin and end with people.We’ve grown leaps and bounds since I joined Signature in and it’s thanks to the attraction, retention and growth of talented people.
