Certified lean six sigma black belt with excellent customer engagement and problem resolution skills, with an ability to plan, prioritise, forecast and co- ordinate activities to exceed business requirements. Having an innate ability to get people to give more, whilst keeping them motivated and focused on the tasks at hand. Overall I am adaptable, enthusiastic, passionate, professional and a committed employee, always ready for the next challenge.
