ABOUT MARK MURRIN-EARP

As the Technical Director at Arcadis, I lead the delivery of innovative and sustainable pavements and materials solutions for a range of clients and projects in the UK and abroad. I have over 30 years of experience in the heavy building materials industry, with a strong background in aggregates, asphalt, and readymix concrete. I am passionate about improving the quality, performance, and resilience of pavements and materials, and enhancing the environmental and social outcomes of our work.Before joining Arcadis in 2020, I was the Regional Technical Manager for Aggregate Industries, where I managed a large team of technical staff and oversaw the quality operations of six regions. Prior to that, I was the Technical Director for Pavements at Amey, where I supported key strategic bids and worked on diverse highways projects. I have also held various management and technical roles at CEMEX UK Materials, where I was responsible for implementing and maintaining ISO standards, BBA certification, and contract quality plans. I have a proven track record of delivering high-quality results, building strong relationships, and driving business improvement initiatives.
