I develop evidence-based testing protocols and performance plans to optimize athlete readiness and resiliency. I specialize in leveraging advanced technologies such as motion capture, force plates, isokinetic testing, exercise physiology testing and cognitive assessments to design innovative performance solutions. With 10+ years experience in a Division 1 high performance interdisciplinary teams connecting, communicating and coordinating, I uniquely understand the return to play continuum. My work bridges clinical care, research and sports performance, fostering collaboration across interdisciplinary teams to create integrative models that enhance athlete outcomes and institutional partnerships. My expertise lies in creating actionable performance dashboards, establishing athlete management systems, and guiding athletes back to elite performance.My passion for human performance started at the University of Rhode Island as a football walk-on turned full scholarship athlete through transforming myself in the weight room. In my 12 years in collegiate sport I was a student-athlete, sport coach, strength coach, professor, and Rehabilitation Coordinator for all of varsity athletics. My expertise is in guiding athletes through the return to performance continuum and facilitating seamless communication among stakeholders as I have uniquely been each stakeholder in the process. I\'m dedicated to improving human performance, I focus on building systems and protocols that empower teams, athletes, clinicians, and coaches to achieve and maintain peak performance.
