Director with over 25 years experience in the built environment across the building and infrastructure sectors. I specialise in developing and implementing commercial and procurement strategy, designing commercial models and incentive strategies to optimise competition.More broadly, I have advised Central Government on procurement best practice and undertaken numerous expert roles including the commercial assurance of long term delivery plans and complex investments in areas such as Defence Nuclear.I enjoy developing inclusive, high performing teams and developing trusting relationships with senior stakeholders and Executives.Most recently I am proud to have developed high value commercial strategies and procurement plans for clients including Heathrow Airport Ltd, NHS England and Gatwick Airport Ltd. I am currently working with the Houses of Parliament Repair & Restoration programme to procure its future Delivery Partners.
