PROFILEI am a dedicated and experienced Semiconductor Engineer; I have been with Micron Technology since 1990 after serving 9 years in the United State Air Force. I began my career with Micron as Technician in the Diffusion area. I have been fortunate to work in and gain knowledge of multiple semiconductor process areas to include CMP, Metrology, CVD, Wet Process, and Process Integration. I have held positions of increasing responsibility throughout my career including Shift lead, Equipment owner, Process owner, PI module owner, Section manager, Cost reduction manager, and Principal Engineer leading the advanced technology development for CMP. I have been a key contributor during new part introduction of multiple technology nodes for DRAM, NAND, and 3DxP. I have also defined and implemented cost savings processes and strategies, saving millions of dollars throughout my career with Micron.

I am also leading the creation of tracking methods for all contingency list items, to track potential cost impact, and timelines to completion, all targeting reducing the cost of NPI.
