I can deliver creative across all digital & video platforms and in hard formats like print, outdoor & events. Strong organizational skills for budgeting, resourcing & vendor management. I am comfortable refueling the plane we are building while we’re flying. In my role as a producer / project manager my guiding light is to serve my team and my clients. In my current role as creative resource manager I am able to see and grasp forest, trees, weather and terrain to align the best people to the right projects.    Doing my best everyday in every minute to resource over thirty (50) design and copy creators between multiple client projects on varying timelines and keep five (8) project managers from rolling their eyes at me too hard. Working with creatives, operations, IT, finance teams to keep things moving and deadlines met with the ease and tranquility of someone who thrives on finding a way out of the maze. I love a challenge or seven per day or per hour, this is where my skillset humms and I can bring over 20 years of experience to projects that need an understanding of the creative process, a positive attitude, finesse, aplomb and sometimes a good push to the finish. We get it all done and then we start all over again with the same enthusiasm, every day. Well, at least I do.
