I have 25 years of experience in Aviation operations, maintenance, education, and training program oversight, along with human capital (human resources) and personnel development at the most senior and executive levels, performing a variety of roles that include project management, management of special operations, security cooperation, and security assistance. Diverse experience with various government enterprise management systems and environments, directly contributing to enterprise health, sustainment, and readiness. Vastly proficient in planning, coordinating, and implementing grand strategy and associated objectives to meet any organization’s needs.
