ABOUT MARK MISHAK
I am from the small town of Amherst, Ohio located about 45 minutes west of downtown Cleveland. I graduated Magna Cum Laude from The Ohio State University in 2017 with a degree in Biology. At Ohio State, I held leadership roles in multiple organizations, including Helix Tri Beta Biological Sciences Honorary Society, OSU Pre-Health Giving Back, and Future Buckeye Physician Assistants Club. During my undergraduate years, I developed a passion for medicine after working at St. John Westshore Hospital in the dietary department, working at the Wexner Medical Center at Ohio State in patient diagnostic transportation, and volunteering on the psychiatric floor of Harding Hospital. I also enjoyed shadowing in outpatient care with a local Physician Assistant specializing in orthopedics. I have had a vast variety of experience in Orthopedics and Sports Medicine, and I love being in a role that enables me to help the community with any sort of Orthopedic injuries and concerns.
