Joining forces with my stepson, Drew Trombley, we’ve launched Magnet Transport Group, providing FTL (full truckload) and LTL (less-than-truckload) service, as well as flatbed, step-deck, and hot shot deliveries, with particular expertise in over-sized loads, both long and wide. I figure, why should businesses have to worry about freight brokers and load boards when they can work directly with the owners? For more than 30 years, I put that same “work with the owner” philosophy to work growing a one-person residential pressure washing business into Performance Industrial, a 30-employee commercial and industrial cleaning, painting, and flooring contractor. I can’t wait to do the same with Drew and Magnet.
