At Global Payments, my focus is on leading the delivery of top-tier AP Automation software solutions. As the lead Software QA Test Analyst, I plan, develop, and execute tests within our Total AP Enterprise segment. My role encompasses orchestrating daily QA standups, grooming QA stories, and mentoring and training manual and automation QA Test Analysts.Using my 20 years’ experience in software quality assurance and product engineering, I lead the team in streamlining software releases into our customers’ environments while ensuring impeccable product functional quality. Our collaborative effort in requirement validation and defect resolution prior to software release to UAT and Production environments is the cornerstone of our success.I develop and maintain repeatable API test suites using SoapUI and Postman that are also being automated with Selenium, TestNG and Gherkin UI automation software. Additionally, I create and execute complex SQL queries to perform database validations, manipulations and analytical reporting. This testing approach has been instrumental in achieving our organization\'s objectives and maintaining a standard of quality in software that aligns with our customers’ needs.
