Under my oversight, production companies saved over $2 million in manpower during the COVID-19 epidemic.• Ensured OSHA compliance and conducted audits for accidents and inspections. I am responsible for audits and incident reports in the event of an accident.• Created daily safety briefs to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations for injury and illness documentation. This was accomplished by training and orienting new crew members to ensure that safety standards and regulations were met.• Investigated accidents and injuries on set and recommended actions and/or policies to ensure the safety of all cast and crew members.• Tracked and managed the budget, the medical staff, and maintained accurate inventory for all medical personnel on film sets.• Provided emergency medical treatment for cast and crew, efficiently assessing situations to determine optimal care.
