I personally work throughout Marion and Citrus County in North Central Florida and proudly call this area home. I am a Florida native and have lived in multiple cities throughout the state. After graduating college, my wife and I took our knowledge of Florida and decided this was the best place to call home and raise our family. My experience in real estate, my love for Florida and the knowledge of hundreds of home sales are the tools I have to offer when you are trying to find the right buyer for your home or moving to the North Central Florida area.Independence: Real estate agents must manage their own time and schedules, being accessible 365 days a year trying to get the word out about available properties and finding the information that suits all their clients\' needs.Interpersonal Skills: Working with clients and customers face-to-face on a daily basis. Listening and communicating effectively and pleasantly is a needed skill that can separate you from the average Realtor.Guidance: Skilled real estate agents are good at guiding clients as to when to buy and sell properties at the right time and for the right price. Bringing together the buyer and seller to a mutual rewarding closing.Problem-Solving Skills: Finding quick answers and anticipating client\'s questions before they can become an issue in the buying or selling process. This skill built after years of experience is also key when I am acting as a mediator between sellers and buyers.
