ABOUT MARK MCMANUS

Mark is a partner at Valco Consultants and has been with the company since 2006. Mark has finished his schooling through Athabasca University and University of British Columbia and obtained his AACI designation and Bachelor of Management. He works in the ICI division at Valco, focussing on Investment, Commercial and Industrial properties across Ontario. Mark has worked on a wide range of Real Estate appraisals and consulting services to serve his diverse client list. The properties that he has completed appraisals on include single and multi-tenant retail and commercial properties, multi-family, industrial buildings, office buildings, investment properties, as well as vacant development land. Some of the special use properties include mobile home communities, seasonal resort communities, campgrounds, automotive dealerships, medical and dental facilities, veterinary clinics, mini-storage warehousing, restaurants, schools, churches, car washes, gas stations, student housing, as well as retirement and long term care homes. Mark’s client base includes individual property owners, real estate investors, lawyers, accountants, national corporations, cities and municipalities, as well as all of the major commercial banks and credit unions. Mark is currently part of a leads group that consists of young professionals from around the City of London in various lines of work.
