My entrepreneurial journey began in 1992 with being a partner in a third-party consulting and administration business for large group health plans. 15 years later our firm further diversified, and I became a partner in TurnKey Benefits, an employee benefits consulting firm dedicated to delivering disruptive and innovative solutions for complex business challenges. Recognizing the alignment between TurnKey’s vision and OneDigital’s mission, our firm joined OneDigital through acquisition in 2013. As a legacy business owner, I have had the unique opportunity to witness firsthand how OneDigital’s team of fierce advocates empowers businesses and individuals to achieve their goals of health, success, and financial security. I progressed from leading the fully integrated Carolinas market to my current role as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development. In this capacity, I continue to drive growth, foster innovation, and champion client-focused solutions across One Digital’s South region. My \"why\" is to help and serve other people with the creation of new opportunities –both personally and professionally- I remain committed to leveraging my experience and leadership with high performing teams to help organizations and individuals achieve their aspirations through diversified solutions.
