Handle all communications across the state, from organizing to legislation and representation• Develop all traditional, digital and social media communications materials and strategies• Extensive coordination with local, state and national partners Develop a position that was new to the state and, in many ways, the organization. Handle multiple social media accounts on a daily basis. Utilize various design programs to pull together materials. Coordinate with state director and other senior staff to flesh out long-range strategic plans while staying on top of constantly changing short-term fires that develop on a weekly, if not daily, basis. Navigate and cultivate a variety of relationships from across political and advocacy spectrum to find common ground on a wide range of issues.
