   Participate in set-up, execution, and breakdown of Petco Park for all Padres home games and non-baseball events.Gameday Roles/Responsibilities- Gameday Logistics: Ensure the ballpark is \"ready to go\" before gates open. Teardown appropriate items each night after the game ends. Ensure activations around the ballpark are operating correctly. Set-up and teardown interior/exterior line queues to ensure successful ingress and egress of fans. Assist with distribution of promotional items at each gate on giveaway days. Assist with BeerFest and KidsFest during weekend games. Provide any additional support around the ballpark as needed- Guest Services Lead: Act as lead for wheelchair assistants and shuttle drivers in order to provide ADA assistance to guests on gamedays. Communicate with and provide assistance to guests who message guest services on the 247 security software. Monitor requests that come through the 247 security software and dispatch to the appropriate people or departments to complete the requests. Provide assistance with setting up and tearing down the ballpark before and after each game- Guest Pass Lead: Check-in guests and print out credentials for on-field batting practice using the MLB Guest Pass Software. Escort guests on to the field once batting practice starts, and escort them off once it is over- Executive Assistant Runner: Provide assistance to front office executives as needed on gamedays. Set-up activations that are operating that day around the ballpark.Provide logistical support during concerts and other special events that happen at the ballpark. Work on various projects on non-event days in order to uphold the quality of the ballpark and to ensure that it is functioning correctly.Assume other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Padres management.Awarded 2023 Petco Park MVP of the Year.
