Highly skilled in developing processes that facilitate continual team progress and achievement, along with exceling at motivating and empowering teams through coaching and teaching to obtain top-level performance. A transformational leader by nature, with Agile I’m able to utilize my strengths of collaboration, mentorship, empowerment & coaching to become a better servant leader. I don\'t believe in micro-management; my team members are the experts; they don’t need me to tell them what to do. There’s a quote that I love that says “Rather than tell people what to do, attention should be directed toward telling people what to be”.which to me is the definition of empowerment. I’m always looking for ways to build trust and respect among my teams by always listening first, and then act accordingly second; but not afraid to escalate if necessary. I believe there is power in motivation and team morale; you need to celebrate your successes by giving your team a sense of accomplishment at the end of the day.
