Ensure and enables smooth running of production, responsible for updating and archieving batch related documents.Handling manpower resources, worked in a team of 20 comprising of contract operators and reporting to process managerProject planning and process development and execution of project in a cost effective way.Verifying raw materials and stock control and inventory of raw materials, intermediate and finish goods.SAP transactions and PON transactions of raw materials and batches manufactured.Verifying line clearances and line inspection of the line.Responsible for performing the In process Checks and meeting the Quality standards.Handling deviations, implementing CAPA’s and Change Control’s.Responsible for taking care of Thinning Operation Paint Approvals.Support Engineering team during breakdown, preventive maintenance and calibration of the equipment’s.Actively participating in Safety Audits, and mock drills.
