Below are some of the main responsibilities of my role.• Create and lead the process of integrating IT systems to meet an organization’s requirements.• Conduct a system architecture evaluation and collaborate with project management and IT development teams to improve the architecture.• Evaluate project constraints to find alternatives, alleviate risks, and perform process re-engineering if required.• Update stakeholders on the status of product development processes and budgets.• Notify stakeholders about any issues connected to the architecture.• Address technical issues as they arise.• Analyze the business impact that certain technical choices may have on a client’s business processes.• Supervise and guide development teams.• Continuously research emerging technologies and proposes changes to the existing architecture.
