I specialise in resolving IP disputes for clients across a range of sectors such as ICT, infrastructure and advanced manufacturing including F/RAND disputes. I have acted on various IP related mediations and negotiations having resolved many matters without need for litigation. However, I have also successfully represented clients before the UK Courts at all levels and in arbitration proceedings.
