   Provides Hands-On Leadership in Transportation and Logistics Management. Responsible for assisting the Logistics TEAM with transportation spend encompassing all modes domestic & international for Prysmian Group Legacy North America and supporting the delivery of material for both internal and external customers. Manage Prysmian Group\'s logistics & transportation support across 17 manufacturing facilities & DCs in the U.S. and Canada. Specific responsibilities include overseeing the 3PL/4PL management, domestic & international transportation. Tasked with driving performance improvements in on-time delivery, freight spend, distribution (warehousing) expenses, transportation quality, fleet management expenses/quality, and customs compliance. Direct experience in vendor management encompassing transportation suppliers and support organizations, including TMS and Freight payment suppliers. Drive efficiency and manage KPIs to improved quality of services and manage the Over-Dimensional Transportation projects of our High Voltage Division providing costing and management of the in-house Safety program.
