ABOUT MARK MAJESKE

Mark Majeske is a seasoned Senior Executive, Consultant and Board Member with more than 35 years of success across Technology, Pharmaceutical and Office Products distribution as well as IT Asset Disposition industries. By leveraging extensive experience across-functional team leadership and disruptive business development for billion dollar enterprises, he has been a valuable asset for companies struggling with stalled growth and looking for expert guidance to find adjacent markets and hidden profit drivers. His broad areas of expertise include Strategic Planning, Revenue Growth, Market Analysis, M&A, Organizational Development, and Human Capital Management. Throughout his executive career, Mr. Majeske has held leadership positions at companies including Arrow Electronics, Avnet Electronics, DayRunner, and McKesson Pharmaceuticals. Most recently, as President of Global Reverse Logistics at Arrow Electronics (F150), Mark helped develop strategy to build the IT Asset Disposition business unit within Arrow. His team negotiated 10 acquisitions in 3 year years rolling up an industry to consolidate these assets to a Billion business. As CEO of Office Products distributor, DayRunner, he worked with a private equity firm to acquire the assets of this failing public company. Mark was then able to turnaround around this business and lead the sale to MeadWestVaco in less than 4 years, providing a 6X return on the initial $ investment. This was followed by 6 years as President of current Fortune 10 pharmaceutical distributor, McKesson. Here he took the top line from $7 billion to $30 billion as he changed the markets served, by brokering a $3 Billion partnership with Rite Aid which then grew to $6 billion over 2 years, and entirely disrupted the industry as a pioneer in Pharmaceutical Wholesaling.
