With over 13 years of experience in the cruise line and hospitality industry, I am a global director of FF & E at Weaver Manufacturing Company, a leading contract custom manufacturer of furniture, fixtures, and equipment for various projects worldwide. I have a solid history of working with major cruise operators and hotel brands, delivering high-quality FF & E solutions that meet their specific needs and expectations. I am passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences, enhancing brand identity, and optimizing operational efficiency through innovative and sustainable FF & E design, procurement, logistics, installation, and maintenance.In my current role, I oversee all aspects of our FF & E projects, from concept to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, on budget, and on scope. I manage a team of talented and dedicated professionals, who work collaboratively with our clients, suppliers, and partners to achieve the best outcomes. I also leverage my extensive network and knowledge of the industry trends, regulations, and standards to identify new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and build long-term relationships.
