Mark is a Partner of Palmares Capital Partners, LLC, a private equity firm providing investment capital to founder and family-owned companies in a flexible, collaborative, and non-control investment structure. Prior to joining Palmares Capital, Kessler served as Chief Strategy Officer, GM, and member of the Executive and Leadership Teams of PeopleNet & Trimble Transporation. During his tenure, Kessler was placed in charge of of acquisitions, strategic planning, product development, revenue growth, & customer care, leading a small start-up to 85x revenue growth (8500%) in 19 years, earning the #1 ranking of telematics company in the world of transportation as ranked by ABI research. Over his business career, Kessler cultivated highly motivated & ethical teams that closed new revenue opportunities totaling over $2b; while diversifying the company\'s product portfolio thru acquisitions, partnerships, innovations, and international expansion. These endeavors resulted in closed buy & sell side transactions representing nearly $1 billion in transaction value. Kessler received a B.S. and MBA degree at Auburn University where he served as Captain & Asst Coach of the Auburn University Men\'s Tennis Team. Kessler resides in Atlanta, is a proud father of three kids, advisor of Buckhead Church, CEO of JH Ranch Atlanta Outback Ministry, and a Member of the Board of Directors for the Bobby Jones Golf Foundation.
