He does this by improving capability, processes and management information in response to key issues, taking a collaborative approach and specialises particularly in relation to Finance, HR and Commercial processes.In order to do this effectively Mark uses his experience in programme and project management, business change, business cases, operating model transformation, shared services/GBS, technology implementation, data and performance.
