Mark joined Northern Virginia Community College\'s budget office in September to support the organization\'s financial and strategic goals.Between October 2016 and July 2018, Mark supported Fannie Mae\'s Single Family Business Unit CFO department. His primary responsibilities included the consolidation for the reporting of a $400M expense budget, the presentation of monthly financial business reviews, the support of the monthly forecast process, and the participation in the monthly close processPrior to that, he worked as a Senior Business Analyst as part of the Finance Business Partnership team to support Marriott International’s Information Technology discipline in Bethesda.After graduation from The George Washington University, Mark had worked as financial analyst on the forecasting/planning team at Allstate Insurance\'s Regional Office in Irving, TX. He analyzed, budgeted, and presented historical performance metrics in the homeowners segment, created complex spreadsheets, and set up and maintained a risk model to assess homeowners insurance risk exposure.He is also a retired staff sergeant in the German Military. Mark joined the military after he had graduated from high school in Germany.
